Slashdot - Blizzard Hints At New StarCraft, Launches Burning Crusade

StarCraft (SC)，是無數人—包括我—最喜愛的戰略遊戲，亦是設計得最成功的策略遊戲之一。SC 是 1998 年推出的，一直以來不時有關於 Starcraft 2 的傳言，但是 Blizzard 甚少提及時間、進度等消息。日前，在 WoW 資料片發佈會上，一位 Blizzard 負責人提及 SC。他說，作為一位 SC 玩下，他十分希望不要等到 SC 十週年才發佈下一隻 SC。
“As a Starcraft player I can tell you that I hope it wouldn’t go a decade - we launched Starcraft in ‘98 - I hope it wouldn’t go a decade before we stand here and celebrate the next Starcraft together,”

雖然很難確實他是純粹以 SC fans 的角度發言，還是基於一定的內幕，但是可以看到既然高層人員有這個目標，我們有機會在兩三年內可以看到 StarCraft 2 的推出。讓我們一起期待吧！
